The situation
The business was strong. But the website wasn't keeping up.
Prestige is an established solid wood furniture business with a catalog of more than 600 products. But its WordPress site undersold the brand, underperformed as a sales channel, and had become hard to manage at that catalog size.
The decision
The right platform without losing what was earned.
For a catalog of this scale, Shopify was the right platform. But a migration this size carries risk: 600+ products, years of content, and hard-earned search rankings all had to move without being lost. Protecting that equity was as much the job as building the new store itself.
The work
A migration that didn't end at launch.
We migrated the full catalog and content from WordPress to Shopify, restructured the catalog around how customers actually shop, and rebuilt the store on foundations made to grow. And then the engagement did the thing most agency projects don't: it kept going. Prestige is an ongoing growth partner today. Month over month we work the store: SEO, content, conversion, and the catalog itself.
