THE PROBLEM

Your website is losing you money. You just can't see where.

The revenue is steady, but the store feels stuck. Conversion is lower than it should be. Traffic comes in waves you can't explain. The Shopify conversion rate benchmarks you read about feel out of reach, and you can't tell which of a dozen possible causes is yours: the theme, the product pages, the checkout, site speed, SEO, the content, or something you haven't thought of.

So most store owners guess. They buy a redesign, add another app, push more money into ads. Sometimes it works. Usually it means paying to fix things that were never broken while the actual problem keeps costing you, month after month.

It may be that you don't have a redesign problem or an ads problem until a diagnosis says so. You have an unknown problem. That's what the audit is for.

What the audit covers

Four lenses on your store.

We present all our findings in a live 60-minute walkthrough call, in plain language, with your questions answered.

Conversion rate

A full CRO analysis of your homepage, collection pages, product pages, and checkout. Where shoppers hesitate, where they drop off, and what is standing between a visit and an order.

Technical SEO

Site speed, crawl ability, structured data, and site architecture. The invisible layer that decides whether Google and AI tools can find, understand, and recommend your store.

Content gaps

A content gap analysis. The searches your buyers are making, the questions they're asking, and where your store is silent while a competitor answers.

90-day roadmap

Everything we find, ranked by effort versus impact. A prioritized plan: what to fix first, what each issue is costing you, and what to do about it.

What you walk away with

The day after the walkthrough, you know three things.

01

What's actually broken

A ranked list of what is holding back conversions and revenue, with the reasoning behind each item.

02

What's worth fixing first

Every issue scored by effort vs impact, so the first fix pays back fastest.

03

The right next step

A rebuild, a retainer, a few targeted fixes, or nothing at all. The audit tells you which option to select.

And the roadmap is yours. Use it with us, hand it to your own team, or take it to another agency. It keeps its value either way.

How it works

Kickoff to roadmap in four steps.

1

Kickoff

We start by understanding your setup, then ask for access to the systems that apply.

2

We audit

Five to seven business days. No meetings, no homework on your side.

3

The walkthrough

A live 60-minute call where we present findings and the roadmap, in plain language.

4

You decide

Continue with us, run the roadmap yourself, or stop here. No obligation.

The credit

Free if you continue. Worth it if you don't.

If you move into the Shopify Growth Retainer within 7 days of your walkthrough, the full $1,500 credits to your first month, so the audit effectively costs you nothing.

If you don't, you still walk away with the thing most stores never get: a clear, prioritized picture of what's wrong and exactly what it's costing you. That roadmap is yours to keep and act on, whether we work together or not.

NOT SURE YET?

Start with the free look.

The free Front-End Assessment comes first for most clients. It's a 15 to 30 minute review of what your customers actually see: your homepage, product pages, and checkout from the outside. No account access, no commitment.

It's a different thing from the audit. The free assessment spots the obvious, surface-level gaps and tells you whether a deeper diagnosis is warranted. The Revenue Audit goes inside the store, into the analytics, the technical layer, the content, and prices what it finds.

If the free assessment shows the audit isn't the right next step for you, we'll say so. We would rather tell you that in 30 minutes than charge you $1,500 to find out.

FAQ

Common questions

If you have a question that isn't covered here, book a free call and we will answer it directly.

What does a Shopify store audit include?

Four things: a CRO analysis of your homepage, collections, product pages, and checkout; a technical SEO audit covering speed, crawl ability, structured data, and architecture; a content gap analysis; and a prioritized 90-day roadmap scored by effort versus impact. It's presented on a live 60-minute walkthrough call.

How much does a Shopify audit cost?

Ours is $1,500, delivered in 5 to 7 business days. If you move into our Growth Retainer within 7 days of the walkthrough, the $1,500 credits to your first month.

What access do you need?

We first take the time to understand how your store is set up, then ask for access to the systems that apply. For most stores that's Shopify admin, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and the domain registrar, plus any integrations relevant to your setup. We don't change anything in your store during an audit, and you can revoke access the moment it's done.

What's the difference between the free assessment and the audit?

The free assessment is a 15 to 30 minute outside-in look at what your customers see, with no account access. The Revenue Audit is a 5 to 7 day inside-out diagnosis of your analytics, technical SEO, content, and conversion structure, with a ranked roadmap at the end. The free one tells you whether the deep one is worth doing.

What if the audit finds nothing seriously wrong?

Then you've learned your store is fundamentally sound, which is worth knowing before you spend on a redesign you didn't need. In practice, every store we've looked at has a ranked list of improvements; the question is almost never whether issues exist, it's which ones are worth fixing first.

Do I have to work with you after the audit?

No. The roadmap is yours to keep and act on however you choose: with us, with your own team, or with another agency. The credit toward the retainer is an option, not an expectation.
