Three ways people arrive here
Shopify stores built to sell, not just to launch.
Three build tiers for established brands, from a focused starter store to a 600+ product catalog. Every build starts from a plan or an audit, launches with its SEO and conversion foundations already in place, and is built by the same people who grow it afterward.

Best for: small catalogs under 25 products that need a clean, fast launch.
A focused store on a proven theme, set up properly: catalog structured, SEO foundations in, analytics wired. No bloat, no padding, just the store your products deserve, launched in weeks rather than months.
Payment: 50% upfront, 50% on launch.
Best for: established businesses with 25–100 products and normal complexity.
The full build: catalog architecture, theme customization, content structure, and conversion-minded page design across home, collections, and product pages. Three months from kickoff to launch.
Payment: $4,000 per month across the build.
Best for: 100+ products and complex catalogs that can't afford to wait a year to go live.
We launch with your top 100 products, then build out the rest while the store is already selling. At launch, the engagement transitions into a growth retainer.
Payment: $4,000/mo during build, stepping down to retainer from $3,000/mo at launch.
You shouldn't have to wait a year to make your first sale.
The standard agency approach to a big catalog is to build everything, perfect everything, and launch when it's all done. Which means six months to a year of paying for a store that isn't selling anything.
We sequence it differently. The plan identifies your top 100 products, the ones that earn most of the revenue. Those launch first: structured, photographed, written, and findable. The store starts selling. Then the rest of the catalog gets built out month by month while orders are already coming in.
Faster to market. Less risk. And the build budget starts paying for itself before the build is even finished.
Build the top 100
The highest-revenue products structured, photographed, written, and findable.
Launch & start selling
The store goes live with its top 100 and its foundations already in place.
Build out the rest, while selling
The remaining catalog is added month by month as orders come in under the retainer.
What every build includes
The floor is the same on every tier.
The tiers differ in catalog size and complexity, not in standards. Every build ships with all of this.
Plan, build, launch, grow.
Start with a plan or audit
Diagnosis before prescription applies to builds too. New store: the Launch Plan maps it. Existing store: the Revenue Audit tells us whether a rebuild is even the right call. We don't build on guesses.

The store gets grown
Most clients move into the Growth Retainer so the asset compounds. If you're running it yourself, you get a clean handover and a store you fully own and control.
Launch is the starting line.
A store that gets built and then left alone is exactly the pattern this whole approach exists to break. The stores that compound are the ones where we keep working on it: testing what converts, improving what ranks, building out content, improving the site as the analytics come in.
That's what the Shopify Growth Retainer is for. It starts at $3,000 per month, scoped to your store and what it needs, and for Large Catalog builds it begins the day the store goes live. The monthly investment steps down once the heavy build work is done, and the work shifts from building the asset to growing it.

Custom Shopify development, in experienced hands.
The Shopify technical work on every build comes from Alex Khost, our Shopify technical partner. His portfolio runs deep into custom Shopify development: ADA accessibility work for Botanic Tonics, a custom gift bundler for Runamok, metaobject-driven product systems for Big Tree Farms. If your build needs engineering rather than installation, it's in experienced hands.

How much does it cost to build a Shopify store?
With us, builds start at $5,000 for a starter store (under 25 products), $12,000 for a standard build (25 to 100 products), and $4,000 per month for large catalogs of 100+ products. We having openly discussed pricing on our website, as a way to keep things upfront and open.
How long does a Shopify build take?
A Starter Store launches in weeks. Standard and Large Catalog builds run about three months from kickoff to launch. Large catalogs go live with the top 100 products at the three-month mark, with the rest built out while the store is selling.
Can you migrate my store from WordPress or WooCommerce to Shopify?
Yes. Migrations are a build engagement: products, content, customers, and your existing SEO equity moved over without losing what's already working. Our largest migration to date moved a 600+ product catalog from WordPress to Shopify.
Can you redesign my existing Shopify store without starting from scratch?
Often, yes. Whether your store needs a full rebuild or a focused redesign is exactly what the Revenue Audit determines. We'd rather tell you that a $1,500 audit and targeted fixes will do than sell you a rebuild you don't need.
Who owns the store after launch?
You do. The Shopify account, the theme, the content, the data, all of it is yours from day one. There's no lock-in and nothing held hostage. If you leave, everything goes with you.
Do I have to sign up for the retainer after the build?
No. Large Catalog builds are designed to transition into a retainer because the catalog work continues past launch, but Starter and Standard builds can end with a clean handover. Having said that we do recommend you staying on with us with the retainer. This allows us to continue growing and building the website and help you manage the website so you can continue focusing on other parts of your business. We'll give you a rundown on what your store needs after launch, and the decision is yours.
