The plan that finally takes your business online.

For established product brands with customers, revenue, and a following, but no serious online store. Before anything gets built, we map it: the platform, the catalog, the content, and the path to launch.

THE PROBLEM

The business works. The online store is the missing piece.

Customers buy from you in person, through DMs, through marketplaces. The brand has a following. The products move. By every measure that matters, this is an established business, except one: there's no online store of your own. Or there's a half-built one that nobody, including you, would send a customer to.

You've thought about fixing it. Then the questions start. Shopify or WordPress or something else? Which products go up first? Where do the product photos come from? What happens to the social accounts? Every question spawns three more, and the project slides another quarter.

Meanwhile, the way customers discover products keeps moving online and, increasingly, into AI tools. The brands that own their channel are the ones getting found. Selling only through marketplaces and social means someone else sets the rules, takes the margin, and owns the customer relationship.

Simply put: this is not a building problem yet. It's a planning problem. Build without a plan and you pay twice, once for the store that doesn't sell, and again for the one that replaces it.

What the plan covers

Everything mapped before anything gets built

Six deliverables, built on your products and your customers and not a template. Walked through together in a live 60–90 minute strategy session.

Platform recommendation

Shopify, WordPress, or something else, with the reasoning behind it. As an e-commerce consultant working in both platforms, we recommend the one that fits your business, your catalog, and your team, not the one we'd rather sell.

Product organization plan

Which products to launch with, how to structure your catalog, and what to prioritize. You don't need all 400 products (if you have a large catalog) live on day one. You need the right ones, organized the way customers shop.

Image & content strategy

How to source images from your suppliers, what content to prioritize, and how to position your brand online. Most businesses going online stall here; the plan removes the guesswork.

Social amplification plan

Based on your existing audience and presence, where to focus your social effort to drive traffic to the new store. Not every platform. The one that will help move the needle the most.

The strategy session

A live 60 to 90 minute working session where we go through all of it together and answer your questions.

The next step, clearly stated

A build recommendation with scope and timeline, so you know exactly what comes next and what it costs, whether you do it with us or without us.

What this is not

To make the scope clear.

Not a social media management package

This is not a social media management package. We tell you which platform to focus on and why, but we don't run your accounts or write your posts. Your team handles social. We focus on the store.

Not a template plan

Everything in it is built on your products, your customers, and the presence you've already earned. This is a custom plan built just for your situation after we have understood where you are in your business journey.

Why not just ask AI for a plan?

Fair question. Here's the answer.

You could ask an AI to write you a launch plan today, and it would produce something reasonable. We know. We use AI in our own work every day, and we build stores designed to get found by it.

But here's what we've learned from using AI at an expert level: AI gives you the best generic answer. It hasn't seen your supplier's image quality, your margins, your customers, or the half-finished store you're embarrassed about. It can't look at your catalog and tell you which 40 products to launch with and which 200 to hold back. It will answer whatever you ask, but it can't tell you what you should have asked. And it agrees with you far too easily.

What your buying with the Launch Plan

The plan you're buying isn't a document. It's judgment: two people who have built hundreds of stores between them, looking at your specific business, making calls we're willing to stand behind, and pushing back when your instinct is wrong. AI makes experts faster. It doesn't make anyone an expert.

Use AI for everything it's good at. We do. For the decisions your business will live with for years, get the experts at Nijher Digital to help you create a practical plan that will finally get your own online store.

What happens after the plan

If the plan says build, here's the road.

Most Launch Plans end with a build recommendation. When that's the case, we offer three tiers, sized to your catalog:

STARTER STORE
$5,000
STARTING AT PRICE

Best for: small catalogs with a few products that need a clean, fast launch.

Small catalog, simple theme, fast launch. The right call when speed matters more than complexity.

50% at kickoff · 50% at launch

LARGE CATALOG BUILD
$4,000 / mo
3-MONTH BUILD

Best for: large product catelog and complex catalogs that can't afford to wait a year to go live.

For businesses that have a large catalog. We launch with your top products, then build the rest while the store is already selling.

Payment:$4,000/mo during build, stepping down to retainer from $3,000/mo at launch.

How it works

Discovery call to plan in four steps

1

Discovery call

A 30-minute conversation about your business, your products, and what you're trying to build. No commitment required.

2

We plan

Five to seven business days of research and mapping. No meetings, no homework on your side.

3

Strategy session

A 60 to 90 minute call where we walk through every deliverable, answer your questions, and hand over the plan document.

4

You decide

Build with us, take the plan to another agency, or build it yourself. The plan is yours regardless.

The credit

Credited if you build with us.

If you move into a build engagement within 30 days of your strategy session, the $1,500 credits directly to your build cost — so the plan effectively costs you nothing if you continue.

If you don't, you still have everything you need to launch well: a documented platform decision, a catalog structure, a content brief, a social plan, and a scoped build recommendation. Use it with us, take it to another agency, or hand it to your own developer. The plan doesn't expire.

FAQ

Common questions

If you have a question that isn't covered here, book a free Discovery Call and we will answer it directly.

What is the Online Store Launch Plan?

It's a strategic planning engagement for established businesses that are going online for the first time, or relaunching a store that never pulled its weight. We deliver six things: a platform recommendation, a catalog structure, an image and content brief, a social amplification plan, a customer journey map, and a build recommendation with timeline. Everything is delivered in a written document and walked through in a 60 to 90 minute strategy session.

Who is it for?

Established businesses — ones with products, customers, and real revenue — that don't yet have a serious online store, or that have one that isn't performing. If you're a startup with no customers yet, the planning work looks different. If you're a mature business going online with a real catalog, this is built for you.

How long does the Launch Plan take?

We start with a 30-minute Discovery Call. After that, we take five to seven business days to do the research and planning. The strategy session — where we walk through everything — runs 60 to 90 minutes. From first call to finished document: about two weeks.

What do I need to prepare before we start?

Very little. The Discovery Call is a conversation — we ask the questions, you answer them. We'll want to understand your product catalog, your current customers, your existing channels, and any constraints around the build. No presentations needed. We do the research independently and bring the findings to you.

Can I take the plan to another agency or developer?

Yes. The plan is yours outright. You can take it to us, to another agency, or to a freelance developer. The $1,500 credit toward your build only applies if you build with us, but the plan itself has no conditions attached to it. We'd rather give you something useful than hold the strategy hostage.

Does the Launch Plan decide which platform I use?

Yes — that's one of the six deliverables. We evaluate Shopify against the alternatives based on your catalog, your business model, and your long-term plans. For most established product businesses, Shopify is the right fit. If it isn't for yours, we'll say so. We work in both Shopify and WordPress, so we don't have an incentive to recommend one over the other.

What happens after the strategy session?

You get the full plan document within 48 hours of the session. From there, you decide: move into a build engagement with us (and the $1,500 credits), take the plan to another developer, or sit with it and decide later. There's no follow-up pressure and no expiry on the plan itself.
